Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipments

The estimated standard delivery time is between 2 to 10 business* days depending on your location. There may be some unpredictable delays, but we will keep you informed. *Saturday, Sunday and National / State Public Holidays are not set as business days.

International Shipments

Please read our shipping policy for international delivery.

Express Delivery

All our orders are shipped as priority. If you have an urgent request, please write to us at touch@kosawellbeing.com and we will do our best to expedite it further.

India: Standard shipping on all orders is flat ₹100 and free for all orders above ₹2000.

Cash on Delivery: A processing fee of ₹100 for all COD orders will be applied at checkout.

International: Please read our shipping policy for international delivery.

We offer shipping to all countries. Shipping charges are a flat ₹1,800. For orders placed following a consultation with a total value exceeding ₹30,000, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping. The estimated delivery time is between 7-14 business days. (Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and National / State Public Holidays are not considered business days.)

The order will be processed on a pre-paid duty basis. However, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import duties, or other applicable government taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Before placing an order, please check the cosmetic laws and regulations established by the local government in your country.

All customs duties must be paid by the customer based on the assessment and prevailing rates in your country at the time of delivery. You will also need to comply with all customs procedures. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

If the customer refuses to pay the applicable customs charges upon arrival in the destination country, we will deduct the complete shipping, return duty charges, and any damages from the customer's order value when processing the refund. If the package is destroyed or held by the destination country, we will not be able to refund the amount.

If part or your entire order is a pre-order (products that ship in 1-2 weeks), you will receive a notification as soon as the order is shipped. Depending on the value of your order, you will receive all of it together or in parts. Nonetheless, you don’t need to pay the shipping cost twice.

You can track your package via the information provided in an auto-generated mail that will be sent to you once your order is processed and the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your package 3 times after which it will be returned to our warehouse. Unaccepted orders will be charged a shipping fee again to be shipped out.

Returns & Cancellations

We have a strict no return policy. 

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product or the product has genuine quality or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery date on touch@kosawellbeing.com or +91 8411 069069 with the following details.with the following details.

  1. Order number.
  2. Delivery address.
  3. Add an unboxing video of the item while opening the box.
  4. Specify the reason for the return.

We will look into the issue and respond to you within 3 business days. If approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 5 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, with seals intact and in its original packaging. If the product comes back damaged, we will not be able to accept the return.

Depending on the resolution, we will issue you a credit note or ship a new product to you within 5 business days of your return reaching our warehouse. KOSA holds the sole discretion to determine exceptional cases when a a refund can be issued.

Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes the shipping address.

Please note any damage to the shipping box is not considered damage unless there is a hole in it or the seal of the box is broken. We recommend that if the external box is damaged on receiving, please take photos and video when opening the box. If the external box seal is open, do not accept the delivery.

As some of our products are imported there might be cases where the internal seal of the box might have dislodged due to flight pressure. As long as the outer box seal is intact, we don’t consider this a damage.

Others

Based on your order total and the brand you have bought, you can select the samples available at checkout. Samples are not available for all brands.

We currently support payments from all major credit cards Indian & International (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, UPI, PayPal and COD. American Express is currently not supported.

At the time of shipping products will have an expiry of more than 1 year except for certain brands mentioned on our FAQs.
