Terms & Conditions
1. This gift card cannot be bought on a Cash on Delivery option.
2. The KOSA Gift Card is a prepaid card that can be used to purchase products from the website.
3. The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards.
4. The gift card is valid until the expiration date mentioned on the gift card or in the email confirming the purchase of the gift card.
5. The gift card can be used as full or partial payment for products on KOSA Wellbeing website only. It is not valid for purchase on any other website.
6. If the purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be stored on the card for future use. If the purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
7. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, and the KOSA will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of the gift card.
8. The gift card is not reloadable. Once the gift card balance has been used, it cannot be topped up again.
9. Any returns or refunds for purchases made with the gift card will result in the refund being issued to the gift card balance.
10. The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of KOSA Wellbeing LLP. By purchasing and using the KOSA Wellbeing gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
